Our Wellness Group is held once a week on Thursdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm (in-person) and Thursdays from 12:30 to 1:30pm (virtually). This is a perfect opportunity to connect and share with others in a safe, non-judgmental space. Group is open and on-going, and specific topics will be discussed occasionally as we uplift and grow with each other.
Group rate is $30/session and can be billed to your insurance
