If we are in-network with your insurance provider, session fees may be based on a contracted rate already established between your Renew Serenity Wellness provider and your insurance company. We will be able verify copay, co-insurance, or deductibles.
If we are out-of-network with your insurance provider or if you are uninsured, fees are as followed:
Initial Assessment: $150
Individual session (60 minutes): $125 per session
Family/Couple Session (60 minutes): may vary
Sliding Scale: Available with income verification
Employee Assistance Program (EAP):
If your employer provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), you may be entitled to counseling sessions. EAP only provides a limited amount of session (that may vary by company) and authorization is required for sessions. After your allotted sessions are complete, re-assessment for continued EAP services may be needed or normal insurance will be used for additional sessions.
Wellness Group: Group sessions are $30/session. Payment will be taken prior to session and can be billed to insurance if you are using insurance for group therapy.
